The NADA Show Welcome Reception, co-hosted by J.D. Power will take place at the Marriott Marquis(780 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103) on Thursday, January 24, from 5:30pm–7:30pm.

Please note that this is a ticketed event. All NADA Members, Non-Members, Spouse/Relatives and International badge holder tickets are $75. All Allied Industry badge holder tickets are $100.

The NADA Show 2019 app will be available for download in December 2018. The Show app can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play on your Apple or Android device.  

While on the go at the NADA Show 2019, you'll want to use the app to manage your personal agenda, find and connect with fellow NADA Show attendees, view session details, submit session feedback, access interactive venue and show floor maps and much more.  

Schedule sessions and meetings with MyPlanner which will be available starting in December 2018. Log in with the email and password used for your NADA website to use the MyPlanner tools including the Session and Meeting schedulers to plan your NADA Show experience in advance and make the most of your time. 

NADA offers a first-time orientation called Meet NADA: Convention Orientation. An opportunity to discover the innovative ways you can learn and network throughout the show. Don’t miss this orientation which will be held on Thursday, January 24 at 10:30 am in room 306-308/312-314.


All Keynote and General Session speakers will be speaking at Moscone South in the San Francisco Ballroom (201-216) located on level two.

If you cannot make it to the General Session you can stop by the NADA Live Stage. located at Moscone North – Lower North Lobby to catch some of the general session presentations. This interactive booth, hosted by NADA, also features daily social media sessions, interactive discussions and rapid charging stations--an unbiased space to get your digital marketing questions answered.

NADA works with the Convention Center to setup fun, themed restaurants within the Convention Center Exhibit Hall. Check back closer to the event to find out more information on our dining options and locations.

Workshops (Interactive)

Location: Moscone West – 3rdFloor

Theater seating, single presenter or rounds, single speaker with attendee engagement or panel/debate format.

Dealership Departments once can choice from: Dealer/Executive; Fixed Operations; Human Resources; Legal and Regulatory; Marketing and Variable Ops

Education program offers sessions within what is known as Dealership Departments with more than 60 topics offered 2 – 3 times throughout the show. Sessions are led by NADA approved experts who provide innovative ideas and new practices within the industry.  

Super Session (Deep Dive)

Exchange (Engaged Participation)

Location: Moscone West – 3rdFloor (room 3001)

Popular peer—to-peer learning sessions. These roundtable discussions feature brainstorming and problem-solving among auto industry peers. Each Exchange session is based on timely topics selected by YOU, our attendees, at the time of registration.

Hotel and Travel

Yes, NADA has partnered with a wide variety of hotels both near and around Moscone Center. For detailed information on the hotel options, view our Hotel List here

Hotel accommodations can be reserved during your registration processonceregistration opens. There will be an option towards the end of the registration form where you can select your hotel accommodations. Hotel reservations can also be added later but can only be made if you have register for NADA Show. The last date to make hotel reservations at the group rate is Wednesday, January 9, 2019.

NADA provides free shuttle service between Moscone Center’s key hotels within the NADA Show housing block starting on Thursday, January 24, through Sunday, January 27. The shuttle schedule will be added at a later date.


Those who own, operate and work within the franchised new-car dealerships industry. Please note, this show is not open to the general public.

NADA Show 2019 registration rates are listed on the attendee registration page.

On-site registration will be available in San Francisco during the show, however, we strongly recommend that all attendees register online to save time and money. Early-bird rates end on September 14, 2018. Register today!

Please note day passes are not offered. Registration is for the full 3-day show.

However, we strongly urge you to spend less time waiting in line on-site and register online early. Early bird rate endsFriday, September 14, 2018; advance rate ends Friday, January 18, 2019.

We accept all major forms of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) for online, fax, mail and on-site registration. If registering by mail, you may submit a personal check, along with your printed registration form.

 NADA does not offer a student rate.

Yes, children under 18 may attend the Expo and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times within the convention center and on convention center property. Registration for children is complimentary and must be done onsite. All children, except infants in backpacks or slings, must be registered and badged to be admitted to the Expo Hall. Children under 18 are not permitted on the Expo floor during move-in/out.

 For your safety, strollers are not allowed in the exhibit hall at any time. No exceptions will be made. Please make arrangements to leave strollers in the coat/bag check area.

Yes, all changes to attendee registration details such as name, company, address, etc. will need to be done directly with Experient. This change must be made in writing by emailing Experient at: There is no deadline for making these types of changes to your registration.

We will be more than happy to reprint your Attendee Badge at Attendee Registration area located at Moscone West – First Floor Lobby. Please note you are allowed 1 free reprint. Any reprints after that are charged a $35 fee.

If for some reason, you need to cancel your NADA Show attendee registration, please email nada@experient-inc.comby Friday, December 14, 2018 to receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee. After this date no refund will be given for any reason. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel reservation as well.
