Important Registration Policies

  • Spouse/Relative badge type has been renamed to Guest badge type. Guest badge type will now be allowed to attend workshops and franchise meetings. Dealers/Managers will no longer have to upgrade their guest (spouse/relative). Each dealer/manager will be allowed to register one (1) guest paid badge per dealer/manager registered badge. An Allied Industry guest (spouse/relative) must register in one of the Allied Industry categories.
  • Allied Industry personnel may not register as a dealer or manager.
  • Educational content is designed for dealers and managers.
  • Children over age 18 must register to attend the Show. 
  • Children under age 18 have access to the Expo Hall only when accompanied by an adult.  

Registration Change and Cancellation Policies 

Send written request of a registration change or cancellation to nada@experient-inc.com. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. All written cancellations must be received by December 30, 2020, in order to receive a refund. A $50 processing fee applies to each individual cancellation. Cancellations after December 30, 2020 will not be refunded.   

Optional ticketed events are non-refundable. Refunds are only available when an attendee cancels his/her main registration for the NADA Show.

In the Event that NADA Show 2021 Cancels Due to Covid-19

In the event that the NADA Show 2021 is cancelled due to Covid-19, a virtual show will be held in its place. The virtual show will cost half of the on-site registration price. Your registration will automatically transfer to a virtual show registration and you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. If you do not wish to participate in the virtual show, you may contact customer service at nada@experient-inc.com and request a full refund any time following the cancellation announcement, including after the regular cancellation deadline.

Deadline for Hotel Reservations: January 6, 2021 
To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of online booking or when your housing form is submitted. In January, 2021, the hotel will charge the first night’s room and tax to the credit card provided. Fax or mail submissions will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis until the hotel is sold out, at which time an alternate hotel will be assigned. For this reason, a minimum of three different hotel choices must be submitted w/ your fax/email registration. 

Declined Credit Card or Missing Credit Card Guarantee 
Registration housing forms received with a declined or missing credit card guarantee will receive an email request for valid credit card information. This info must be received by the date indicated, or the hotel reservation will be canceled. 

Housing Changes and Cancellation Policies 
Send your requests to nada@experient-inc.com by 5pm ET, January 6, 2021. Changes cannot be accepted to your NADA or hotel reservation(s) during the reservation process, January 7-11, 2021. 

Contact the hotel directly, beginning January 12, 2021, to cancel or make changes to your reservation. Check with your designated hotel regarding their cancellation policy. Most hotels require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to arrival date. If cancellation policies are met, you will receive a full deposit refund within 7-10 business days. Note: In the event that the NADA 2021 Show is cancelled due to Covid-19, your hotel reservation will be automatically cancelled and your deposit refunded, as long as the hotel reservation was made within the NADA hotel block.
