Important Registration Policies

  • Please note that Maritz Global Events (formerly Experient) is the ONLY official registration provider for NADA Show 2021. Beware of other registration solicitations, which are not affiliated with NADA.
  • There is no "Guest" registration type for the virtual Show. Guests of dealers should register in the dealer/manager category. 
  • Allied Industry personnel may not register as a dealer or manager.
  • Educational content is designed for dealers and managers.
  • Group registrations are not available for the virtual edition of NADA Show 2021. Guests that qualify under the Dealership Manager category can register as a Dealer/Manager.
  • Exhibitors and Allied Industry registration types will have access to the workshops for the virtual Show.

Attendees Registered for the In-person Show

If you are currently registered for the previous, in-person version of NADA Show 2021 and wish to attend the virtual Show, you do not need to do anything. Your registration will automatically be transferred to the virtual Show and a refund will be sent for the difference in price. 

If you do not wish to attend the virtual Show, you may cancel your in-person registrations by emailing nada@maritz.com. Cancellation requests can be made up until October 16, 2020. Refund requests received by NADA after that date will not be made. Please allow 7-14 business days for refunds to be processed.

Please note there is no guest category for the virtual Show. If you registered a guest for the onsite Show, the guest registration will be canceled and refunded. Guests that qualify under the Dealership Manager category can register as a Dealer/Manager.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Virtual NADA Show 2021 Registration

Once you have registered for the virtual version of NADA Show 2021, requests to cancel can be made by sending a written request to nada@maritz.com. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone.

All cancellations must be received in writing by January 11, 2021 in order to receive a full refund. No exceptions.

Any disruptions in the virtual platform where the sessions are being streamed or any other incidents during the virtual Show, that are out of the Show organizers’ control, will not necessitate a refund. 

Virtual Show Registrations are Non-Transferrable

Attendees may not share or transfer access to NADA Show 2021 to any other individual or entity. Sharing usernames and passwords or providing access to any unregistered person is in direct violation of the NADA policy and may warrant removal, without a refund, from the platform. 

Changes to Your Virtual Show Registration

If you need to make any changes to your registration, you may do so by logging back in your registration with your email address and reg id number or by contacting NADA Registration at (864) 208-8439 or via email to nada@maritz.com.

Declined Credit Card or Missing Credit Card Guarantee 
Registrations received with declined or missing credit card information will receive an email request for valid credit card information.

NADA Show Virtual Event Platform

NADA has partnered with a third-party vendor to produce NADA Show 2021, virtually. NADA cannot guarantee that the virtual Show will operate without any interruptions or malfunctions. Any disruptions in the virtual platform where the sessions are being streamed or any other incidents during the virtual Show, that are out of the Show organizers control, will not necessitate a refund. Employees will be on hand to try to assist with any technical difficulties where possible. NADA is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to the attendee's internet provider or computer equipment.

Code of Conduct

By registering for NADA Show 2021, all attendees and exhibitors agree to the following Code of Conduct:  

NADA is committed to creating a safe and inviting online environment for all attendees, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, nationality or religion. We invite all attendees to help make NADA Show 2021 a safe and welcoming space for all attendees.

All communication during NADA Show 2021 should be appropriate for a professional audience. We do not condone harassment of NADA Show attendees or participants in any form. Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct, including personal or political attacks, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images, trolling or sustained disruption of sessions will not be tolerated. 

NADA strictly prohibits the act of “suitcasing” at the NADA Show. Suitcasing is the act of non-exhibiting companies soliciting business at the virtual NADA Show. Any virtual attendee who is observed to be suitcasing will be removed from the platform immediately. Additional penalties may be applied.

Attendees are not permitted to copy material from the platform, whether by photographing, screenshotting, or video or audio recording content. 

NADA reserves the right, at their discretion, to remove participants from the platform, without refund, for any unacceptable behavior or violation of the Code of Conduct.
